Anvil Media Expands Service Offerings as Marketing Consultancy
PORTLAND, Ore. (May 6, 2013) – Anvil Media, Inc., a marketing consultancy specializing in search engine, social media and integrated marketing, announced expanded service offerings and the addition of marketing industry veteran, Mike Terry, as Vice President.
Anvil has been laser-focused on search engine marketing since its inception in 2000, but saw an opportunity to meet the evolving needs and sophistication of clients by expanding services to include traditional and integrated marketing services. The marketing consultancy will focus on moving client’s business forward by identifying new opportunities across the digital, marketing and business landscape.

The expansion of Anvil’s services will be directed by industry veteran, Mike Terry, who will join the consultancy with 17 years of agency and corporate marketing experience. Terry has honed his skills at a handful of Portland-area full-service agencies, most recently focusing on mobile clientele. He has worked with a host of clients across industries and geographies and will bring his depth of integrated marketing experience to play at Anvil.

The expansion of services also coincides with a revised philosophy and approach that will deploy team members to ensure that unique talents are utilized every day to solve problems and elevate clients. Anvil will rely on strategic partners to deliver services to clients outside of the core digital marketing services, which includes analytics, search engine and social media marketing.
Also joining the team as Account Director is Jennifer Peck, a 15-year marketing and sales veteran. Peck’s extensive background with non-profits, private sector companies and marketing agencies bring a breadth and depth of expertise in project management, digital and traditional marketing to Anvil. Peck is heavily involved in the Portland marketing community as Project Manager for Portland’s SoMe Awards, Director of Marketing at Thoroughly Modern Marketing, a non-profit internet marketing publication, and board member of the Social Media Club of Portland. Anvil also recently added Trevor Merz as a Digital Analyst, with a focus on paid search. Merz will utilize experience as a partner in a startup venture to consult on digital initiatives for clients.
